After I got from a call the official statement, that some issues are taken out of the documentation to later on take the functionality away from the product as "undocumented feature", I have a very sharp eye whwnver a new helpfile comes out.
During that excersise I see such a lot of misleading information and missing information, examples which do not work that clearly states that there is no quality in that product any more. Some connections I have who set up large projects and are responsible for quality as well state that obviously there is not even the very basic QA "proofreading" in the generation of the helpfiles.
Sorry, in the IT community, there is no relyable product if it has a non-relyable and complete documentation.
I think you will not buy a car when the manufacturer will not give you clear documentation about the horsepower, fuel consumption etc.
